Change Username Request

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the username you want contained space which is not accepted same with special characters. Alphanumeric and underscore ( _ ) are acceptable.

Please suggest 3 different usernames in descending order according to your preference. We will put the first one that we find available.

Please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, so if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks for the clarifications. We have already processed your request and configured Finwize as your account username. Keep in mind that, as my colleague Mary mentioned, you would have to update any Custom URL generated with the previous username since these won't work anymore.
