Yes it is possible to create form with two columns by taking advantage of our "Shrink" feature. Please check the screenshot below:

Hola buen día.
Como haría para que mi formulario sea de ancho completo como es el tuyo para poder colocar una columna al lado de otra, te adjunto una imagen de como se ve mi formulario!

I believe that you are referring to the form http://www.jotformz.com/form/61567959890678. As I check the screenshot provided by you, It looks like some fields are not shrunk to merge with the previous or next lines. Once you have shrunk all the fields required to be in different columns of the same line, the fields should be displaying properly as set.
You may click on Move to a new line to move the field to the next line or click on Merge to above line to join the field to the above field to display in different columns.
you may enable the Form Columns to set to 2 columns from the Form Designer.
