Terms & Conditions
1. Video Length- An instructor can upload a video maximum length of 20mins (video length) & 200MB (upload limit) and that will be completely ad-free and a continuous rolling without any third party intrusion.
2. Commission receivable- If the course is sold then the concerned Vendor will get the entitled
commission on which the contract will be signed on. This includes the prospect that even if the video is not watched for the full duration still the Vendor will get the agreed commission value of the contract.
3. Payment Cycle- Payment of the services/programs for the vendors will be received by SWS Connects firstly then the agreed commission will be provided to the Vendor, so it is duly requested to provide proper banking details from the Vendors side. The Vendor will be receiving the commission within 15 days from the end of the month of subscribing provided that there is sale of the service.
4. Schemes- The Norms of the Schemes the policy date will not be regulated, so it dearly requested to the Vendors to read any scheme related document carefully and raise any concern if required.Misinterpretation of any information will not be cleared and the concerned Vendor will not be able to raise any further concerns after the policy date expires.
5. No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use- As an online service provider, we are not responsible forthe conduct of our users, however we want our platform to be a safe environment for learning and growing as an industry and as well as individuals. This is issued so that no Vendor shall use the content from this site for any illicit/prohibited activities under the eyes of law.
6. Misguidance by false data- Users understand and acknowledge that they should provide the platform only with data and information that is true, accurate and updated, as well as lawfully acquired and to keep this data and information accurate, true and updated at all times (and make any changes/updates necessary by using the appropriate settings in their Vendor Account / Vendor Profile. The platform does not necessarily audit nor verify any of the data provided.
7.However, the platform reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to ask for more information from the Registered Vendor and/or to seek clarifications regarding specific information and/or to refuse registration and/or to suspend or delete any Vendor Account and Profile if any violation of the above comes to the Company’s attention.
8. Age Restriction For Vendors- A Vendor in the SWS platform has to of minimum age of
18yrs depending on the type of course uploaded, may vary for some professional courses), and they should have a valid Documentation (Merit Certificates, Badges, Recognition Letter of any format to be able to enroll in our platform.).
Note- Any terms may and/or can be amended by SWS Connects from time to time as per the scenarios available in front of the company so it is kindly requested from all of our vendors to proofread the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before the final agreement. SWS Connects will not be held responsible.The platform is also not responsible for providing students and cannot be held accountable for it as it just acts as medium to connect instructors with students.
