Clock into Enterprise
Check oil level. Oil level was within normal operating range as indicated by marks on the sight glass.
Check oil level. Had to add oil to achieve normal operating range.

Turn on the air compressor (if not already on)
Turn on the press
Turn on the water tanks (Fill up if necessary, add 10oz of Alkaless 6000 and 20 oz. of 3451U to 5 gallons of water)
Turn on chiller
Turn on console
Turn on dryer
Build ink fountains and add ink
Set the water pan rollers on units that are to be used.
Clean the hicky picker
Clean the feeder eyes
Maintenance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual)
Press "ink shut off" at console
Wash the blankets and rollers (Auto Wash)
Turn off water tanks
Back the pan rollers off two complete turns
Wash the pan rollers (MRC-F)
Clean the chrome rollers (Chrome roller cleaner)
Empty blanket washer drain buckets
Fill up blanket/roller wash reservoir
Remove coating overflow sensor and drain dam, allow coating to return to drum.
Fill sink with hot water and place coating supply/return lines in sink.
Wash coating pan roller and applicator roller with hot water until all coating is out of pan.
Back off pressure between the pan roller and applicator roller
Back cylinders checked and cleaned if necessary
Plug the charger in to the densitometer
Turn off the dryer
Turn off the console
Turn off the chiller
Spray the ink fountains and open ink cans with anti-skin spray
Clean area around press
Stock the supplies for the next day (i.e., rags and chemicals refreshed)
Turn off air compressor (if not needed by other equipment)
Record any anomalies that occurred throughout the day via repair request
Clock out for the day from Enterprise
End of Week wash-Up
Drain the water tanks
Dip out the ink fountain and clean the ball, end blocks, and ink knives
Clean wash-up trays
Clean the back cylinders
Clean the bearers
Dump any waste ink cans in waster ink drums
Should be Empty:
