If you wish to have a copy of the order that you submit, after the information is typed into the form (before clicking submit button), go to the top left navigation bar on your screen and under the heading "file", click "print" .
Do not submit
until you have reviewed all of the information for
accuracy and printed a copy for your records.
Once the form is
submitted, you will not be able to access it. Any changes would
have to be done manually.
