    Applications must be received by March 5, 2018.

    Please Note: Set up will be on July 2. Festival hours:

    Monday, July 3, 9am-9pm, Tuesday, July 4, 9am-5pm.

  • Art in the Park Festival is a 2 day event in 2018. Your space assignment is for July 3 & 4, 2018

    . Participants must be present all days and remain open until times designated.

  • $10 per additional foot over basic booth size (8'x14'). Please measure chuckwagon or trailer from front to back, INCLUDE HITCH.

    Please note: Booth size may not exceed 26' in length.

  • Once approved, menus may not be altered.

  • General Release: By clicking Yes, I hereby and forever discharge the ART IN THE PARK FESTIVAL of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, from any loss or damage to my property, while in the possession, supervision, or auspices of the ART IN THE PARK FESTIVAL, its agents, representatives or employees. This also applies to all city entiies and its' employees.  The Art in the Park Festival Committee reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules.

  • Please note: A garbage deposit in the amount of $100 must be made at the time of payment by separate check. This will be returned following the event after inspection of booth area.
