Portsmouth City Cowboys 2015-16 Basketball & Cheer Contract
Registration form, a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, and registration money are all due by December 6, 2016. Each athlete must participate in the first fundraiser. The buyout fee is $50. Basketball and cheer registration fees are $100.00 per child, and that is a non-refundable fee. Payment plans are offered. If you choose the 4 month payment plan, you are expected to pay by the date given for that particular plan. The 4 month payment plan is $25.00 a payment. The first payment is due by September 20th and each payment after is due by the 6th of each month. If you start late, you will be required to catch up the next payment. If you don’t pay by the date, you will lose your spot and all monies that was previously paid. Nobody will be allowed to practice unless registration is fully paid, and no athlete will be able to participate in games unless fundraising monies are paid. Registration and fundraising monies cover funding of basketball season, such as trophies, uniforms, facility cost, referees, tournament cost, league insurance, after season celebration and more. Basketball registration includes a personalize basketball jersey with shorts. Cheer registrations includes rental of cheer uniform, but you keep cheer bow, briefs, socks!
