  • T-CaP Live is designed to help VicRoads pinpoint learning and development program priorities to the benefit of work groups and divisions. Best practice Training Need Analysis (TNA) highlights that to identify priority areas from patterns and themes emerging across data sets requires your manager to verify the results entered by you. This ensures that recommendations for training and development are trustworthy. To stream line the manager verification process, we encourage you to invite your manager to check the results you have entered whilst you have your survey opened. After adjustments are made, the manager is required to sign their name in the e-signature box below by using the mouse.
