Join Chef John Rellah as he shows members how to source seasonal ingredients from local farms, fisheries and meat purveyors. Chef Rellah will focus on creating healthy dishes and how to pair each course with a local beverage brewed, fermented or distilled in New York.
The class starts at 1500. The cost of the class is $65 and includes dining at the Chef’s Table in our state-of-the-art kitchen.
