For fashion, photography, film, video and other applicable media submissions, please fill in all applicable information about your crew, to ensure everyone who worked on the pieces will get credit in the publication.

Please fill in all applicable information about your artwork below and a quick one-sentence blurb about the specific piece of art. You can talk about: its significance to you, how you were inspired to create it, where it was created or inspired, how it relates to the theme of the magazine or your practice, how you felt creating it, if it influenced future works, the methods you used to create it, if it was something experimental, etc. You are not limited to only those topics, please discuss the aspect of the work that you feel is most important or interesting.
This form helps ensure that we correctly reference your work in the publication. It is also best practice to ensure that your digital file names match the information you input in this section of the form for cross-referencing by our design and editing teams.
This agreement is between (“The Artist”) and Emboss Magazine and it’s proprietors (“The Magazine”). By signing this release, I hereby grant to The Magazine, and their legal representatives: the rights (but not the obligation) to publish the submitted artwork, writing, film, music, photographs (“the Creative Work”) as outlined below.Emboss Magazine will credit the Creative Work with your/company name as provided below, wherever it uses the Creative Work/photographs of the Creative Work.
