    If you paper qualifies for the  WPE and you wish to have me certify it :

    1. Print out a copy of your final draft

    2. Print out and complete a WPE Certification Form

    3.  If I have communicated to you that I have a signed form ready for you to pick up  - you can pick it up at the reception desk of the UHS Health & Wellness Program (Quinn 2nd floor).  I will print out a copy of your title page and will put the grade for your paper on the title page - you must print out the remainder of your paper to attach to the title page (for the WPE portfolio).
