  • It is reminded that prior to submitting this form, it is the responsibility of the club which is requesting the fixture alteration to make contact with the opposition club to discuss. The fixture alteration form should only be completed once both parties have agreed to a fixture change. If both parties cannot agree to the fixture alteration, the fixture alteration form should not be completed and direct contact is required to be made with your respective Football NSW Competition Coordinator to resolve the concerns.

    Football NSW Competitions Staff will action the submitted fixture alteration in due course.
