  • Flab2Fab Fitclub 4 Week Challenge

    Challenges are run on a Mon, Wed, Fri morning at 5 AM OR Tues and Thurs 18h15 - YOU CHOOSE.
  • Registration to enter the challenge is R120 and includes a goodie bag, 2 free wellness evaluations (done at beginning and end of challenge) and up to 5 sessions of exercise a week. Nutritional guidelines will also be provided to ensure you get THE BEST results. The is a COMPULSORY orientation and registration day and a COMPLUSORY fit test is done the first session of the challenge.

    New challenge registration is 11 March at 1pm at St Joseph RC School, Cape Road in Kabega. Classes will be held at the same venue for the duration of the challenge.

    Mon, Wed and Fri @ 05h00 until 05h45


    Tues and Thurs @18h15 until 19h00

    for the duration of 4 weeks.

    Our next Flab2Fab 4-week Fitclub Challenge starts, Monday 5 February with an Orientation hour Sunday 4 February before challenge starts (at 13h00). Orientation will be held at our venue at St Joseph School,Kabega. There, you will receive a free body composition scan (so that you can see where you are starting) and we will do this again at the end of the challenge! All other bootcamp sessions begin promptly at 05h00 or 18h15. We have two venues depending on the weather, cold and wet days will be indoors and hot and sunny days will be outside on the field.

    In first session, we will do our COMPULSORY Fit Test. The fit test is repeated on the last Friday of the challenge.

    We have special events now and then which we encourage you to attend as these can give you valuable information to help you on your health journey.

    Everyone is welcome, so invite your bestie, neighbours, family or work colleagues… but they must register and attend Orientation to take part. So once you registered please feel free to send them the link so that they can also register.
