The following is an outline of the tentative positions available at FHMUN 2017. Please note that depending on our applicant pool, this is subject to change.
Chief of Staff: The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General to interview and select Staff. They will also be in charge of training the Staff members, assisting with the Backgrounder process and managing volunteers closer to the conference date.
USG of Committees: The USG of Committees is mandated with deciding Committees, as well as provide input on Committee topics. The USG of Committees will be responsible for working closely with Directors to edit Backgrounder.
USG of Delegate Affairs: The USG of Delegate Affairs will deal with all Delegate country assignments and will serve as the primary point of contact for Delegate contact with the Secretariat.
USG of Sponsorship/Finance: The USG Of Sponsorship and Finance will work on acquiring funding for the conference from potential sponsors and manage financial information.
USG of Marketing: The USG of Marketing will work closely with the internal team to develop marketing plans to attract prospective delegates from throughout the lower mainland.
