Cancelled projects will result in the loss of all funds paid toward the project. All marketing/print materials will be proofread & spell checked by our editor on staff. In the rare case that a design does not meet the clients' satisfaction, a personal meeting/via phone, office, or live chat may be requested to ensure client satisfaction. NO WEBSITE OR DESIGN WILL BE RELEASED FOR USE UNTIL THE BALANCE IS FULLY PAID. Payments may be made in the form of PayPal payments, cashier's check or cash ONLY. Make all checks out to THE NAME OF YOUR DESIGNER. Paid-In-Full orders are considered priority above all orders.
