  • The Service Buyer agrees that the Service Provider shall not be held responsible upon any of the legal issues caused by the disputes over any commitment or sales on the calls generated using the solutions requested by the Service Buyer & offered by the Service Provider.

  • 1. A Summary of the Contract:

    The Service Provider is responsible for providing the Service Buyer an International Tech Support Inbound POPUP Calls Generating Solutions & Services as detailed in Section 2 (Coverage).  The Client undertakes to engage the Service Provider for this coverage for the price as detailed in Section 2 and 3.

    2. The Coverage:

    Coverage will be provided by the Services Provider as follows:

PRICING MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR SERVICES & SUPPORT AS PER OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. ONLY FOR PLAN TRY, FREE SKYPE / TELE SUPPORT IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. ALL FEATURES AND SERVICES ARE ONLY REFERRED TO OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE AS PER THE PLAN.

  • 3. Payment Arrangement

    The Service Buyer will pay the Service Provider the total fee specified in the invoice they receive from Green Chillies TradeCom Private Limited & WellSpeed Marketing Private Limited. The total fee will exclude the service tax & any add-on plug-in charges. The total fee presented on Service Providers Invoice to the Service Buyers is payable before getting the specified session (2). Service Buyer are also entitled to pay a nominal amount as monthly maintenance fees described in the official website of the Service Provider.


    4. Copyright & Distribution Right

    The Service Buyers get the entire one time license of all the products including offline and online softwares, applications, websites, plug-ins, server etc. Distributing any of our softwares or applications are completely restricting and it may violate our terms and conditions. Service Buyer can anytime sale / distribute leads / calls generated using the software or applications to any third party as a consultant.


    5. Replacement

    The Service Buyer shall notify the Service Provider at the time of the unlikely event of any rescheduling or of the name and contact information of a Script / Program delievered as a Product. Any-time if any of the applications [ONLINE] referred as web browser POPUP gets suspended or being flagged out by any browser, Service Buyer shall get a relpacement only if a new registered domain name is being provided by the Service Buyer with log-in details following any extension. Moreover, the Service Buyer registered only for Plan BIZZ, PRO & TRIO shall receive unlimited new update browser POPUP or any specialized features applicable for generating calls from time to time without any additional cost. Unlimited Replacement are applicable as per Plans in refer to ANNEXURE PLAN section. Domain Registrations are not included with any of our services. Specialized POPUP Ads CDN Server Services shall be offered on the basis of Monthly Renewals only as per the Plans [Recorded in our Official Website & May Vary from Time to Time as per Market Rates].


    6. Refund

    The Service Provider is liable to refund the Package Price only in any of the following case

    1. Either not getting any calls in (30 Business Days) from the date of making final due payment using all the Software's, POPUP'S, Landing Portals, Applications and Running Campaign in multiple Ad Network referred by Service Provider on a regularly basis with a minimum Daily Budget of 50 USD in each Ad Network maintaing step-by-step strategy following the Guide-Lines offered by the Service Provider including the funding policies of ad networks for getting pop traffic or traffic based on any high risk business like tech support from time to time

    2. Either Not getting delivery of the Software's, POPUP's, Landing Portals, Applications as per Package in Service Buyer's Account under http://client.inboundhelp.tech for more than 15 Business Days from the Date of Initial Payment.

    Service Buyer should also provide the full access of Dashboard / Admin Panel of their respective Toll Free Services from the Date of commence of the services after the delivery of the Software & Applications, Training & Funding in all the referred Ad Network without any change in Toll Free Number & user-name and password. Service Buyer shall Add fund / Deposit Fund in all the referred Ad-Network as per the guide-lines / instructions offered by the Service Provider or as per the Policy of the 3rd Party Ad Network for getting Tier 1 POP Traffic / Traffic based on any High Risk business. No calls from other resources shall be routed in the same Toll Free number / account during the service period. Refunds are not applicable on any Plan with Custom Discounted Payment if all the Software, POPUP'S, Landing Portals, Applications are being delivered on committed time as per Plans / Packages on receiving the correct version of all referred Domain Names with Domain Registration Access Panel from Serice Buyer within 48 Business HRS after Contract Sign Up. The refund shall be made deducting the service tax & the server charges to the Bank Account of the Service Buyer within 15 business days of ethical claim from the date of completion of the service period as mentioned above. In case of any refund approval, the Server Access with User Name & Password shall be transferred to the Service Buyer which would be Active & Valid till the time of the End of the contract & Service Buyer shall be able to host anything during these period excluding malware, virus or anything which are against the policy of the WWW policy.


    7. Limitation of Liability

    In the unlikely event of a total Service failure or cancellation of this contract by the Service Buyer or in any other circumstance before the delivery of the product / services, the liability of Service Provider to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Service Buyer shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss and have to pay all dues (If Any). Service Provider shall also not stand liable for any sudden suspension of account in any third party ad network.

    8. Addition / Alteration

    Services Provider have the complete authority to Add / Modify any strategies related to the service and support for the betterment in Business Purpose for both the parties as deemed fit from time to time.

    9. Disputes

    All Disputes are subjected to Kolkata Jurisdiction only

    10. Payment Verification

    This contract is only valid if the proof of payment is being attached and verified to be original OR the Service Provider received the Payment as per the Date and Time of Payment mentioned in this contract by the Service Buyer.

  • How Service Provider Works for Service Buyer:

    Step 1: Service Buyer should Register with Us & Make the Payment

    Step 2: Service Buyer will Get a list of Domain Name which Service Buyer need to Register from referred Companies to avoid fast Domain Flagging by Chrome

    Step 3: Service Buyer will Get a Proper Invoice against Service Buyer Payment

    Step 4: Service Buyer will Get the list of Ad Network Which Service Buyer need to Register in betService Provideren before Service Buyer get the Delivery of Service Buyerr Products

    Step 5: Service Buyer will Get the Delivery of all Landing Portals, POPUP, CDN Server, Cloak-Er & Redirect Software, Basic Guide-lines before Training

    Step 6: Service Provider will Start with the Training through Remote while making a Skype Group with all the referred Ad Networks for Discussions as per our Guide-Lines & negotiations with the Network Agents. No Group discussions are needed for Ad Network like Google.com/Adwords, Yahoo & few other PPC networks. Service Buyer can directly Sign Up with them and Add funds. Service Buyer shall also follow the procedure during the training in Setting Up Campaign in all Ad Network, Applying Bid Values, Target ting Most Appropriate Keywords of the Day, Managing Device & Geo, Reducing Bad Traffic Probability, Managing Safe Contents in Landing Portals, Control & Managing POPUP from Admin, Redirecting POPUP'S, Applying Cloak-Er and more [BASIC Training Continues for Minimum 3 Business Days]

    Step 7: Service Buyer are almost done. Now Service Provider will start Generating calls from Service Buyer Campaign & this process will continue at-least for 3-4 Business Days for Service Buyer to understand How calls are being Generated.

    Step 8: Service Buyer needs to Register & Open an account at www.client.inboundhelp.tech with exact Payment details & communicate & Create / Open Support Ticket with our dedicated SUPPORT Desk Application i.e., www.inboundhelp.tech. Service Buyer shall store all raised Ticket Reference ID for further communication & response.
