Services
The vendor, hereby known as “Shaun Parker Films” will provide videography services to “Client Name”, hereby known as “Client” on “date of event”
Services Include:
Payment
Client must pay “$” at least 1 month prior to event date. Payments can be made in two separate transactions. ($125 will be due on “1 month after invoice was sent”. This payment is a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of “$” will be due on “Date 1 month prior to the event”. Client can also pay full payment at one time if they so choose. If client chooses to pay in full, the payment will be due on the deposit date. If the client has not paid the full amount 1 month prior to the event date, then there will be a $25 fee for every 7 days, after (Date payment is due), that the payment is not complete. If by the event date the full payment is not complete, Shaun Parker Films will not proceed with the above services.
Refund Policy
Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds, unless stated otherwise by Shaun Parker Films. If Shaun Parker Films states that a refund is necessary, the full amount of “$” will be returned within 7 days. Cancellation notice must be sent to Shaun Parker Films at least 1 month prior to event. If client sends notice with less than 1 month until the event date, there will be a fee of $50, unless stated otherwise by Shaun Parker Films. Once the event has been filmed there will be no refunds.
