This program is a unique way for you to be part of the mission and vision of Dhyana Cleaning. We strive to work with humility, integrity, and mastery; by participating in the Secret Shopper Program, you will be having a direct impact on how we practice and live these values.
Participating in this program means that you’ll receive discounted cleaning services; however we want to ensure that this program is right for you. The cleaners who are cleaning your home are primarily in training and may not yet be up to the usual Dhyana Cleaning standards, so some areas of your home may not be cleaned as thoroughly as they would be by an experienced cleaner. This is where you come in! Your feedback, input and ideas will be critical in helping our employees understand their areas of strength and where they need to improve. All we ask for is for your continued commitment to helping our employees learn and grow, by providing timely feedback and constructive criticism on how well your home was cleaned and offer flexibility around the dates and times of your cleaning schedule.

I agree to honour the price on the estimate and understand that further discounts are not offered through the Secret Shopper Program.
I agree to sign up for at least three months of discounted cleaning services
The first time we clean a home, it usually requires more time and attention in order to bring it up to a level we can maintain on an on-going basis and we will be sending our experienced cleaners. The initial cleaning may not be discounted for this reason.
