• Bayou Animal Services - Lost/Found Pet Form

  • If you are reporting more than one lost pet, please use a separate form for each one. Your pet ’s photo and information will be posted on the Bayou Animal Services Facebook page and for us to kept in our system. If you have any questions, please contact info@bayouanimalservices.org

    **PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY POST LOST/FOUND PETS in The Galveston County area** If you have lost or found a pet outside of this area, please make a report on helpinglostpets.com

    You will need a photo of the pet in order to post. Please post a photo of the pet only, not a flyer. Use a clear (not blurry) picture, preferably a full body of your lost pet. If you are posting a found pet and would like to keep certain markings secret in order to help prove ownership, you may post a photo of only the pet's face. However, A PHOTO OF THE ACTUAL PET IS REQUIRED.

    Please crop out any distractions such as people, children furniture and other pets. (Please make sure the file is in image format (JPG) and less than 2000kb)

    Please be informed that by posting to the Bayou Animal Services Facebook page and/or requesting that a message regarding your missing pet be posted, you are giving your consent to make certain private information available for public viewing and are acknowledging that you are the owner. If you are not the owner, you acknowledge that you have permission/consent from the owner to submit this form. This would include photo, name, phone number and/or email address.  Please be advised that Bayou Animal Services, not Facebook, is requesting this information in order to help facilitate the recovery of your missing pet by communicating your contact information to our Facebook page or website.
