OUR EXPECTATION

Objectives

With this group, we have 5 primary vendor objectives which I believe are equally important.

1 Help your child develop the skills necessary to be successful at the level they are in business and to prepare your child for the next level.

2 To have fun and have the children develop a love for their business endeavor.

3 Learn about the importance of teamwork and collaborative work.

4 Give positive reinforcement based on effort rather than results.

5 Provide a safe and healthy environment for all members at each vendor event.

6 Give permission to allow Royale Cohesive Network to use videos, pictures, logos, and bios of you for promotion purposes.

Youth Vendor/Parent or Guardian has read and understands Royale Cohesive Network Policies and Rules and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined in them. Vendor will sell only what is listed on this application. Vendor is responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell and is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for their product. Vendor shall indemnify, hold harmless of Royale Cohesive Network and all agencies the Royale Cohesive Network has agreements with, including the City of Kansas City, from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any action brought against the Royale Boy Blue and any of the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which Royale Boy Blue has a contractual relationship by vendor’s acts or omissions. I agree to hold harmless and release Royale Cohesive Network and any agents thereof from all claims to property and person loss, damage or theft which may arise out of or occur to persons display or inventory while participating in the youth vending events.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Royale Cohesive Network during the selected educational and professional sessions. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Royale Cohesive Network, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Royale Cohesive Network and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected educational and professional sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Royale Cohesive Network, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all program lead activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
