Welcome to the online registration process. This is the last step of the registration process. You should have already received the tuition fee and signed the Parent Handbook. If you missed either of these steps, please contact the parish office at 732 356-4405. Please read the instructions carefully!
We need to know if you are registering a student that is returning to Blessed Sacrament (BSC) religious education program, if your child(ren) are new to the BSC program or if you are registering both: a returning students AND a new student.
We need a little more information for students that are registering for the first time. Please continue by pressing 'NEXT' and complete the registration for the children already participating in the BSC religious education program. Once you have completed the registration for all returning students, you will be redirected to register your children that are new to the program.
Returning students will need to update any changes to their family information. Upon completion of this form, you do not need to do anything else. DISREGARD the New Student Registration Form that you will be redirected to. Please be assured, we have received your submission! Thank you.

Children that are registering in the program for the first time must register in the new student registration form. Click here to register any student new to the program.
