Refunds can only be made with the original form of payment. Cash payments are refunded as a check mailed to the address on the sales order, if this is the case please make sure that the address on the exchange sales order is updated and correct.
Please ensure that the guest understands that the 120 Night Sleep Trial is limited to 1 exchange with a redelivery fee of $99 and 1 return with a $99 redelivery fee and a 10% restocking fee (not to exceed $250.)
