Besides serving as an Inner Circle Group Leader, everyone will be assigned to certain roles/jobs during the conference.

Product Table: friendly, reliable and knowledgeable team to advise, assist and sell product to our participants.

Stage and events: this team makes sure the stage show is running smoothly, the room is set up, powerpoints are loaded, the speakers are ready to get on stage and are assisted, the stage is set.

Room Ambassadors and Doors: Looking for responsible and friendly crew to manage the crowds and hold space for the room and speakers. This team will need to help get people in their seats, solve problems, assist participants, and be energy-aware of the room.

Paperwork and Organization: Need very organized and detail-oriented people who can help with the participant paperwork (registration, groups, certificates) and also help keep the team room and supplies organized for easier pack up.

Event documentation looking for a couple of people to take pictures and turn the video camera on an off.

Evening Events: Looking for fun people willing to set up, mingle and close out our evening events.
