Terms and Conditions of Trade.
1. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines.

2. Dogs must have current identifying information such as a name tag on a reliable collar designed for walking.

3. The Meet and Greet and assessment process must be completed before any dog is accepted by Wags to Whiskers Dog Walking & Pet Care LLC.

4. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, illnesses or other events beyond our control, but can assure you that every possible measure will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog at all times.
5. If necessary (emergency) do you give Wags to Whiskers permission to take your dog to your veterinary clinic.
6. Payment is expected at time of service via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
7. By signing this form you agree to allow Wags to Whiskers Dog Walking & Pet Care LLC to walk your dog onlead only.
8. Clients will be liable for any and all collection costs related to un-paid invoices and debt recovery.

9. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the walk. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in being charged for the said walk.

10. Clients are responsible for letting us know of any changes in the dogs health or any injuries that may affect the dogs ability to continue walking in the dog walking service.

11. Enlisting the services of Wags to Whiskers Dog Walking & Pet Care LLC will be considered as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
