Agreement
You agree to promote your Vitality Society™ course to your followers and others to maximize your registration?
You agree to include pair and share exercises for registrants during each of the 4 sessions of my course?
You agree to provide a one-page handout for each of the 4 sessions of your course and have this available at least 48 hours prior to each session?
You agree to engage your course registrants via posts, polls, etc. on Vitality Society?
Are you interested in hosting one-on-one office hours at your standard hourly rate during and following your course?

Vitality Society™ will promote your 4-part course to maximize your visibility and course registration.
PROGRAM
You agree to do a promotional 15 min Q&A on ZOOM with Meredith Oppenheim about your course. There will be no compensation to create this promotional segment and nobody will be charged to view this.
During the period starting approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to the start of your course, we will promote your course in our Vitality Society platform and outside on other platforms.
We intend to charge approximately $19.99/person for the 1-part, 1 hour course plus any pre-approved additional costs such as for third party surveys you may ask participants to complete.
At your discretion, you may chose to lead one-on-one and/or group sessions with Vitality Society™ course registrants on the Vitality Society™ platform during or following your course.
PROMOTION
Vitality Society™ will provide best efforts to promote your course to maximize registration. You agree to promote your course to your followers, friends and colleagues by sharing the promotional email - in a timely fashion - that Vitality Society™ will provide which will include a link to the landing page, as well as the online platform and course registration.
FINANCIAL TERMS
The following defines compensation for this particular course on Vitality Society™:
For the first 5 course registrants for the course, the thought leader (you) will earn 100% of all dollars generated via registrations for your course less any expenses Vitality Society incurs.
For 6 - 20 registrants for the initial 4-part course, you will earn 50% of all dollars generated via registrations in your course.
For all registrants from 21 - 40 for the initial 4-part course, you will earn 60% of all dollars generated via registrations in my course.
For all registrants 41 and above for the initial 4-part course, you will earn 70% of all dollars generated.
*EXPENSES
Should out of pocket expenses be incurred by you or Vitality Society™ for your course, which will be disclosed and agreed upon in advance of promoting your course, this amount will be deducted prior to any payment or split outlined above. For example, this may include, but is not limited to: 3rd party survey materials you will ask all to complete, transactional fees incurred, online advertising expenses (i.e. google, bing, etc.) mutually agreed upon, etc.
