This registration form should be filled out by Team Captain's fielding a team(s) in the upcoming 2020 Solano County Junior Team Tennis (JTT) Spring Season.
- There is no cost to register a team.
- Suggest you have at least 6 players per team level.
- Players register on their own and will get charged a fee (to be determined).
- You can register multiple teams all at once using this form
- All USTA JTT Captains must be cleared via USTA Safeplay and complete an online Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) training prior to the season.If you don't know your current Safeplay background screening status, look up your name in the cleared coaching database by clicking here
- If you do not find your name in the database it means you have not been cleared to coach or your Safeplay background screening has expired and you must renew.
- If you have co-captains helping out with your team, list those individuals so that our JTT staff can verify they are cleared to coach as well. All co-captain's must complete a Safeplay and PCA training as well.
