Important Guidelines
1. Any picture/ slide/ snap or video could be displayed on the 4K Digital Screen, Main Security Block.
2. Simple Text matter could be displayed on the Electronic Display Screens.
3. The size of the picture(s) or video(s) should be 1920 x 1180 dpi or 6' x 8'. Compatible Formats 'JPEG' or 'PNG' or 'MP4'.
4. The audio or sound feature is not available.
5. The request should be made at least 24 hours before its execution.
6. The request must be approved by CAO.
7. The visuals will be displayed from 9:00 AM till 9:00 PM (6:00 PM on Sunday).
8. In case, more than one request for a particular time frame is received, all the visuals will be displayed as Slide shows.
9. Only the requests made through this form, will be considered.
