In order for employees to be eligible for remote work , the following criteria below must be met for the connecting user:

Windows 10 (Windows 7, Mac or Chromebook are not supported)
20MB or greater broadband internet connection (satellite or cellular not supported)
Smartphone access and ability to use 2 Factor authentication app

Access will be granted to our ERICOM remote access portal. The user will either be granted access to a remote session for the applications they typically use or they will have remote access to their desktop PC.

Please note that if any of the criteria above is not met and the employee receives remote access, Information Systems will not be able to troubleshoot or assist with any issues.
