During the COVID-19 Pandemic it is the recommendation of The National Animal Care & Control Association that **Shelter Name** temporarily suspends the intake of healthy stray and community cats.

This decision has not been made lightly but is done to help keep the cats, our staff, and our citizens safe during this trying time. However, at **Shelter Name** we want to do whatver we can to help. 

Due to this high risk, **Shelter Name** is using this form to help empower citizens in the community. Through your completion of this form we want to help identify what type of help is needed and get you the resources to care for the orphaned & abandoned cats until they are safe enough to survive in a shelter and become a potential adoption candidiate. We know that without your involvement in this critical time many animals would not survive and we thank you for it.
