  • Included in your stallholder fee is:

    Single stall: A half coolroom OR a half freezer. You will be sharing with another stall.

    Double stall: A whole coolroom OR a whole freezer

    Food Truck: A half coolroom OR a half freezer. You will be sharing with another stall.

    1/2 (half) coolroom + 1 whole coolroom = 1.5 (one and a half) coolrooms

  • Please note: There will be limited acccess to 24 hours power, however if you are in a situation where you believe you will need 24 hours access, Nine Events will assess your situation and make a judgement on the potential outcome. This may affect the placement of your stall to accomodate your request.

  • GAS EQUIPMENT

    Please note: Gas will be hard plumbed at this event. There will be no gas bottles allowed onsite other than those provided by the Gas Plumber. Fees will apply, please see Stallholder Manual.

  • POWER REQUIREMENRS

  • POWER INCLUSIONS
    All equipment is to be tested & tagged before coming to site (including fire extinguishers and blankets).
    • Single stalls will receive 1 x power board
    • Double stalls will receive 2 x power boards


    Power boards are available in 2 capacities:
    • Standard boards = 4 x 10 amp + 1 x 20 amp sockets
    • Master boards = 3 x 20 amp sockets


    Changes to power orders must be requested 2 weeks prior to bump in. Please contact Nine Events to make any changes. Changes are subject to availability and late fees.

    Note: All electrical items must be tested and tagged prior to coming onsite, any items that are not tagged will be turned away. This is in your best interest to assist in avoiding any operation delays prior to opening. If you do not get your equipment tested and tagged prior to coming on site you will be required to pay a fee to have it done on site which will be charged separately to Nine.
    All electrical equipment (including brand new items) must be tested and tagged before you arrive at the event. All equipment must have been tested and tagged on or later than TBC in order for it to be in date for the event.

  • HAND WASH REQUIREMENTS

  • Will you be needing a quote from our contractor to provide you with a hand wash basin throughout the event (fee incurred)? If yes, please fill in the hand wash section on the gas order form.
  • Please note: if you supply your own hand wash basin you will not be charged for any hire, however this will be your responsibility to make sure that it is WH&S compliant and meets the council requirements. Council has changed their requirement as a result you now must have a self contained hand wash basin. It is a requirement of the TFP for stallholders to monitor and ensure that the hand wash basin continually has hot running water, along liquid soap and hand towels for all staff to regularly wash their hands.

  • SERVICEWARE DETAILS

    Nine Food Events are committed to making the Night Noodle Markets as sustainable as possible, and implementing strategies to continue to reducethe amount of waste produced by the events year on year. Stallholder serviceware / packaging contributes a huge amount of waste to landfill at the Night Noodle Markets. In 2020 we are placing restrictionson the types of packaging stallholders are allowed to use at our events to ensure as much waste is diverted from landfill as possible.
  • QUEUE MANAGEMENT PLAN

    It is compulsory that all stallholders provide an adequate queuing system for the duration of the event.

    Please note: this does not confirm that we will have a forklift driver onsite for those specific times, so therefore encourage where possible the driver to bring their own trolley or pallet jack to assist in unloading
