  • CONCLUDED BETWEEN Polokwane Chas Everitt 232 (PTY) LTD 2013/232423/07) (“The Agent”) And (“The Landowner”)
  • Preamble

    The Agent and the Landowner signed a management mandate (“The Mandate”) for the premises situated below for the following period:

     

  • The Agent and the Landowner want to make certain changes to the terms of the Mandate but want the remainder of the Mandate to remain the same and of full force and effect.

    The parties therefor agree to amend the mandate as follows:

    a. Reason for amendment:

    1. The Lease Agreement of the current tenant that was procured by Polokwane  Chas Everitt 232 Pty Ltd has been terminated by the tenant - Normal Termination.

  • 1.        General Notes on the amendment:

    If the Mandate Agreement is terminated with Polokwane Chas Everitt 232 Pty Ltd for whatsoever reason, I the landowner will still be responsible to pay the agents full commission for the full period that the tenant (That was procured by Polokwane Chas Everitt 232 Pty Ltd) remains in the occupation of the premises irrespective if the contract is renewed by the agency or not. Polokwane Chas Everitt 232 Pty Ltd will remain the effective cause of the conclusion of the agreement.
