    Applications are due by close of business Monday, June 8, 2020 by 5:00 pm CST. Under no circumstances will applications be accepted after this deadline.  Additionally, one letter of recommendation must be submitted from your current supervisor indicating your leadership potential. This letter of recommendation must also include a statement of approval from your supervisor to attend one all-day class each month of the program. If accepted to this prestigious and competitive program, you are pledging to be fully-engaged and involved. Attendance to BOTH the FIRST program day in September and the LAST program day (Graduation) in May is mandatory, and one excused absence during the other months is permitted. Please note that your supervisor may also be contacted in the event you miss more than one program day.

    Friday, June 12, 2020: Finalists are notified of Interviews

    Monday, June 22, 2020: Candidate Interviews

    Wednesday, June 24, 2020: Incoming Class Member Offers Extended

    Tuesday, June 30, 2020: Letter of Class Member Acceptance due

    Thursday, September 17, 2020: Class Tuition is Due

    Thursday, September 24, 2020: Opening Program Day *Tuition must be received by this date in order to participate in Opening Day.

  • VIII. Program Tuition:

    The ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Center for Leadership is a tuition-based program. Tuition is $2,000 for members and $2,500 for non-members. We offer the option of tuition assistance as needed. This year, we are also offering the *Kevin T. Mackey Scholarship where ULI Dallas-Fort Worth covers half of the tuition cost for one applicant based on the criteria outlined below.

    • active in the real estate or land-use related industry for seven years or less;
    • in pursuit of a secondary degree in the real estate or land-use related industry;
    • a member of ULI
