BBRA Fundraiser Entry Form

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE GOING TO HAVE IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW:

• Pre-Entry and Payment are REQURIED to race. NO RACE DAY ENTRY.
 Only 200 entries will be taken but a wait list will be in place
 No refund for No Shows
 Cancellation of the race will result into a REFUND
• Each D winner in the Open, Youth, Adult and Senior will receive a check by mail.
• Each Horse Entry receives a FREE EXHIBITION to be taken during time slot
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot

• Depart as soon as possible after your run
• Park with a minimum of 12ft between trailers
 Practice Social Distancing Guidelines in parking areas and arena
• Only 10 riders in arena/warm-up area at a time
 No Helpers in the arena at any time
 No Spectators in the arena/bleachers at anytime
 No Video Person

• Maximum 3 horses per entry (1 per time slot)
• Public spaces at the arena will not be accessible
 No restrooms
 No concessions
 No water access
