This survey is to help TRYPO understand how you would like us to process your credit from recent cancelled programs (Conquer Carnegie and YC2 at Chautauqua Music Camps). Please fill out this form no later than May 31, 2020. If you are confused at all or would prefer to send an email, no problem, please email us at staff@trypo.org.

CREDIT INFORMATION AND OPTIONS
How do I know what my credit amount is? Your credit amount was e-mailed to you. If you need more information about your credit, please e-mail us.
How was my credit calculated? Your credit was first applied to any balances due on your account. If you had any kind of balance due, you should have received a statement showing all of the 2019-20 season open invoices and payments.
I think there is a mistake on my statement! No problem, please send us an e-mail with what you think the problem is. We'll take a look and see what we can do to fix the problem or clarify any confusion!
What are my options for my credit? There are a few different things you can do with your credit. You can donate it, request a refund, or keep it in your account for future tuition. Please note that these options are specially created for this unprecedented scenario with the international pandemic and should not be used as a precedent for any future scenarios!
Can I mix and match what I do with my credit? Of course. Want to donate a little, allocate a little to future programming, and receive a partial refund? That's awesome and you can split it up however you like. Specify below what you want to do.
Why should I choose to donate some or all of my credit? TRYPO knows that some of our families are hurting financially and some aren't. Did TRYPO receive 100% of its expenses refunded? Nope! We are receiving significant refunds from our vendors, but we are definitely in the red here. We are offering the option of full refunds at our loss. If you need a full refund, then please request the full amount. We won't judge you and no questions asked. If you are able to allow TRYPO to keep some of what you paid, that would help a lot with covering some of our losses as well as help us help families who need full refunds.
Can I keep credit in my account for future tuition? This option keeps credit in your family's household account for future tuition invoices for any member of your family. This is a great option if you know you are enrolling in upcoming programs because it will mean you have either pre-paid entirely for future, or can look forward to a reduced invoice. This credit can apply to 2020 Virtual Summer Camp, 2020-21 large ensembles, 2020-21 YC2, 2020-21 ACP etc., for any member of your household.
Does keeping credit in my account for future tuition help TRYPO? Yes! This option helps us too because it helps TRYPO's cash flow and reduces our immediate workload.
If I keep credit in my account for now, can I change my mind later? Yes! Please note that TRYPO's fiscal year closes on August 31. While you can still request a refund that your credit is refunded until August 31, after August 31, any unused tuition credit can no longer be refunded if your enrollment choices change in the fall!

FUTURE TUITION CREDIT
This option keeps credit in your family's household account for future tuition invoices. This is a great option if you know you are enrolling in upcoming programming because it will mean you have either pre-paid entirely for future programming, or can look forward to a reduced invoice. And yes, this option helps us too because it helps TRYPO's cash flow and reduces our immediate workload. This credit can apply to 2020 summer courses, 2020-21 large ensembles, 2020-21 YC2, 2020-21 ACP etc., for any member of your household. Please note that TRYPO's fiscal year closes on August 31. After August 31, any unused tuition credit can no longer be refunded if your enrollment choices change in the fall!
