Use this form to provide FCA Toronto with the text for your biography, and the images it needs for your Profile Photo, Showcase Image, Cover Photo, and up to 12 images of your artwork.

Before you begin, please rename your files to help us identify them later and connect them to you.  Include your name at the front of a file name. Some examples:

In this section, we'd like you to upload the following images: 

• APhoto of Youthe artist -- ideally a squarish image at least 400 x 400 pixels
• AShowcase Imageto be used on Instagram and Facebook to introduce you. This image can be of artwork that best represents what you do. And it might even be a photo of you posing with your artwork. Ideally, it should be square or landscape in shape. 1080 pixels wide is ideal. 
• ACover Imagefor your profile. The image of your artwork should be landscape in shape and at least 1200 pixels wide. If your artwork is portrait rather than landscape in shape, we'll work with that and crop where needed.
• Up to 12 additional examples of your artwork. These images shoud be no wider than 1500 pixels wide.

Instructions: For each photo, first click Select Image and find the image you'd like to send on your computer. You will see a preview of it. An Upload button will appear just above the preview. Click it to attach the image to the form. 

That's it! You're done. We will let you know as soon as your profile has been created (wihtin 7 days of receiving this form). We will send you your account details with instructions so you can manage your profile anytime you wish.
