In order to exhibit at the Volusia County Fair representing the Taylor FFA Chapters students must have this form complete & submitted by:
June 1st @ 3:00PM
To be eligible to show at the Volusia County Fair representing Taylor FFA, students must: 1) have a minimum 2.0 GPA, 2) have all 1's in conduct, & 3) be an ACTIVE member of Taylor FFA enrolled in an Agriculture class for the upcoming school year.

Please know that there is a MONTHLY FEE for housing animal(s) at the TMHS Farm:
$15.00 for each beef animal, $7.50 for each sheep/goat/pig, $5.00 for each rabbit
The number of animal slots for the school farm you can earn may be limited.
All student exhibitors and guardians must sign the “Farm Livestock Agreement” if housing animals on campus and adhere to barn rules at all times.
Students & guardians are ultimately responsible for making sure that the proper paperwork is submitted to the Volusia County Fair Office by the appropriate date(s).

I, a Taylor MHS student, & my guardian understand that by signing below I am making known my interest in showing at least one animal at the upcoming Volusia County Fair. Submitting this paperwork is ONLY to assist my Taylor FFA Advisors so that they may best help me prepare, it is NOT the official entry forms for the Volusia County Fair. My interest means that both my guardian & I are ready & willing to take on the responsibility of raising an animal for fair, including all paperwork, financial responsibilities, & animal care. I understand that it is up to me & my guardian to ensure that the appropriate paperwork is submitted to the Volusia County Fair office by the correct date.
