The show is open to youth in Spartanburg County in grades 6th-12th and will premiere live on June 13th, 2020.

Talents may include (but not limited to) singing, dancing, instrumental music, skits, magic, comedy, martial arts, juggling, sports skills, artistic talents.

Everyone must submit a completed and signed Participation Form to be elgible for the Virtual Talent Show and entered in the competition. You can complete your form below by clicking the NEXT BUTTON.

Any participant under 18 must have a written consent from a parent or Legal Guardian. This can be found at the bottom of the Participation Form.

If a group, the leader should submit participation form. 

If selected for Virtual Talent Show, acts will be contacted to pre-record performance. Videos must be no more than three minutes.

Absolutely no profanity or insensitive subject will be permitted. Videos that contain such content won’t be eligible.

Costumes must be appropriate for all age groups. This is a community event.

All performances will be screened by a member, or members, of BARS Academy to ensure that they are appropriate. In all cases, the decision by a member or members to withdraw or not allow a video from being entered in the Virtual Talent Show will not be open to discussion.

Deadline for Virtual Talent Show submission is May 30th, 2020 at 5:00pm. NO applications will be accepted after this date.

By registering for BARS Academy Virtual Talent Show, I agree to the Facebook and Instagram terms and conditions. I understand that once this video is posted on Facebook and Instagram they will be available to the public. This means that the public will have access to share and comment on the video, and the members of BARS Academy will not be responsible for these actions.

I hereby give BARS Academy and their affiliate partners the right and permission to present a recorded performance of my talent to the public in an audio-visual presentation on June 13, 2020. I also agree to them using pictures of me on the day of the presentation and to publish them on the BARS Academy facebook and event page.
