1. Payment Arrangement
The Client will pay the Artist the total minumim deposit fee and total cost of service specified within 45 days from date of signed contract to Hair by Ashley McQueen.
A deposit of $175 is due at the time of Contract being issued and is non-refundable. The rest of the payments will be broken down into 3 future payments before the product is processed.
Payments beyond the last expected payment date will prolong the processing time. The total deposit fee presented on Hair by Ashley McQueen's receipt to the Client is payable at the time of the specified order date.
2. Cancellations
In the event that client/clients must cancel the order in its entirety prior to the final payment 30% of the products total cost will be refunded to the client/clients as agreed upon in contract.
3. Shipping
Shipping is 3-5 days.
All orders require a signature at the time of delivery. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that product is not received or can not be found after tracking is sent the client must contact "Hair by Ashley McQueen"
If the Client is not present during the time of delivery, the client is responsible for contacting the USPS in reference to product.
Hair by Ashley McQueen" is not responsible for product shipped to incorrect location.
4. Reservation
A signed contract and product deposit are required to reserve the dates and times of the Service(S). If the Service(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, after 2nd payment 20% of the product cost will be non-refundable and shall be owned by The COMPANY. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the COMPANY's materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
5. Rescheduled payment
The client agrees to confirm any and all rescheduling of the scheduled payment one-week prior to the Payment due date(S). Notification of any changes in schedule or payment amount must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from the COMPANY by the CLIENT.
6. Additions
The CLIENT and the COMPANY agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals stated in contract. Client is responsible for providing all styling request details (parting, customizing etc). If specifications are not given product will be styled by Wig Artist.
7. Responsibilities
The COMPANY is not responsible for compromised payment due dates causes beyond the control of the COMPANY including but not limited to insufficent funds, wrong product orders, late payments , weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the COMPANY.
The COMPANY is not responsible for conditions which may negatively impact the product during shipment. The COMPANY is not held liable for misplaced product after product is signed for. The COMPANY will not be held accountable for failure to receive or refusal of product during delivery. The Company is NOT responsible for any refunds due to clients refusal upon delivery.
8. Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that the assigned Wig Artist from the COMPANY is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the COMPANY, the COMPANY will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Product (S).
In the unlikely event that products have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY's control, the COMPANY liability is limited to the return of 20% of payments received.
9. Photos
"Hair by Ashley McQueen" has all rights to post any all all photos of Client(s).
10. Refunds
Due to Stateboard Regulations/ Health Conditions, There will be No refunds or Exchanges on any or all product(s).
All sales are final.
The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
