Cancellation And Interruption insurance is available to protect you against the unknown. Should you need to cancel your vacation unexpectedly or cut your vacation short – cancellation and interruption insurance will cover all non-refundable / unused components of your trip. Travel Medical Insurance is also available to protect you in the event of an emergency. I DO NOT recommend travelling without medical coverage. Please let me know whether you require a quote for insurance.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
a) From date of booking to 45 days prior to departure is subject to a $50 -$75 change fee.
b) Changes made 44-21 days prior to departure is subject to a $100 -$150 change fee.
c) Changes made less than 20 days prior to departure are subject to the discretion of the supplier and may be looked upon as 100% cancelations.
a) Cancellation from date of booking to 90 days prior to departure - $200 penalty per person (loss of deposit)
b) Cancellation between 89-46 days prior to departure is subject to a 50% penalty of the total price
c) Cancellation 45 days or less prior to departure is subject to 100% penalty of the total price.
There are no refunds for unused services
