24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you purchase any Transformation Package from NOVA FITNESS , All cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before, in order to avoid being charged. Clients who do not cancel within 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the chosen package rate for the cancellation.
NOVA FITNESS, understands that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.
