COVID19-Stage 2 Coach Availability Form

We are requesting that ALL coaches please complete the below form to assist us with making decisions to best help coaches and skaters through this next phase of COVID19 restrictions safely. This data is required to help manage numbers and ensure we comply with government guidelines so we can continue to coach and train. 

Please complete ALL information requested. 

Please be mindful when booking your availability of the following:

1. ALL skaters, regardless of level will only be able to skate 1 session per day.
2. NO program music will be played. 
3. Sessions will be 1hr.
4. There will be a 30min break between sessions to allow for exiting and cleaning prior to next group entering. 

Please keep in mind that these restrictions will be reviewed in 2 wks.

Please enter your Student's name and ISA Test Level below. Please be sure to click the "Save and Add Row" button after each entry to ensure your information is saved. Please enter ALL students that you coach if even if coached also by another coach.
