1. I understand my $200 deposit is required to secure a puppy of my choice. Prices vary from litter to litter, deposits are accepted directly following whelping. The balance of the cost of my Puppy's Adoption is due upon delivery or pickup. My deposit guarantees that I will be approved to adopt a 'King's Estate Cavalier Puppy." This deposit is non-refundable. However, if for any reason my selected puppy is deemed unadoptable, unhealthy, or experiences an unforeseen accident; my deposit will be transferable to another available puppy in the current or future litter.
2. I understand and agree that my deposit is mandatory, my deposit is the only way to reserve a puppy for adoption. I agree to visit the property to pick up my puppy, at 2210 Gibbs Street Waycross Georgia. I will make a pickup appointment with Breeder Treasure Buskey at (912)288-9839. If I decided to accept the delivery service. I understand fees vary according to mileage I will contact Breeder Danny Buskey at (912) 288-1151 to make arrangments. I understand deliveries are made in the United States only, and King's Kennel Estate will not ship my pet.

4. I understand puppies are normally allowed to join their new families between 8 to 10 weeks of age. 8 weeks to the day is the earliest a puppy will ever be allowed to leave our care. Should King's Estate Kennels feel a puppy is not ready to leave the puppy will stay in their care until they feel the puppy is ready. Should they change the release date no extended care or boarding fee will be charged for that period of time. I understand King's Estate kennels will be glad to work with me to hold a puppy past 8 weeks of age if the need arises for various reasons. Once I choose my puppy a Non-refundable deposit is needed to hold my puppy. Payment in full must be made by the time the puppy is 8 weeks of age regardless of the pickup date.
5. I understand there is a small extended care boarding fee of $50 dollars per week to hold a puppy past 8 weeks. King's Estate Kennels will only board my puppy up to 10 weeks. To keep my puppy on track with potty training they will continue housebreaking. I understand my pickup date will need to be arranged in writing and signed by both parties. I agree to contact King's Estate Kennels for more details if this is an arrangement I will need.
