2020 National Women with Hemophilia Pre-Con Survey

To our Community of Women with Hemophilia:

At this time, it is unclear what each state across the country will permit this October regarding travel and large group gatherings. We also understand that each person will have a different comfort level with travel and large group gatherings for the foreseeable future. HFM is committed to the National Conference for Women with Hemophilia and have seen the impact it has had on so many women across the country. Our hope is for this important conference to continue well into the future. We don’t want to lose the relationships that have been built or the momentum that has started. It is in this attitude that we ask the following questions.
