Text first: Upon arrival we ask that you send a text message to your service provider to notify them that you have arrived for your appointment. We will respond with a text message when we have properly sanitized our station and are ready for you. This is an effort to lessen the amount of clients inside of the studio at one time and prevent any need for sitting in the waiting area to reduce contact.
Masks Required: Per the state guidelines for reopening salons, service providers as well as clients must wear a face covering or mask at all times during the service time.
Contact Free Payments: Please be prepared to use contactless payment methods such as Venmo Payments or exact cash.
Wash Hands: We ask that you first use the restroom to wash your hands before entering the studio for your appointment.
BYOB: Due to new sanitary guidelines I will not be able to provide the comfy blankets you are accustomed to during your lash appointment. Please feel free to bring your own blanket for your appointment to stay cozy.
NO EXTRA GUESTS: Please DO NOT bring any extra guests or children to your appointment at Lash Out Loud. Any guests will be asked to remain outside for the duration of your appointment for the safety of ours lash artists and other clients in the studio.
Illness Symptoms: Please notify us if you have absolutely any symptoms of illness including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell or taste, etc.
