A Unique Start for Season 20
With the isolation restrictions starting to loosen here in NS we wanted to provide you all with our 4 phased plan on how we will be starting Season 20. The dates of these phases will all be determined on what the NS government allows so we have not included any dates. We want you to know that safety will be the number 1 priority when we open. We will be following strict guidelines for cleaning, entry/exit to the building, keeping 6 feet distance, drop off/pick up, attendance, etc.
We believe the gym and our sport are important to a healthy lifestyle for the athletes. Although social distancing will be a part of the first few phases, this will allow the coaches to really focus on important skills/progressions that sometimes we may not get as much attention - examples: jumps, motions, strength, flexibility, etc. Training these aspects of the sport for the first few months of our season will really help the athletes excel and make putting a routine together even easier. Going back to these basics is a positive opportunity for everyone.
