Wedding details are one of my favorites and are also an importaint part of your day, it ties in everything.

I hope to caputre these along side the photographer. Here is some suggestions on what you can have ready for us upon arriving gathered together.

Please have ready for Bride:

Bride's dress ready for me to hang (I will find the perfect spot) - all tags cut off.

Bride's veil, shoes, flowers

Bride's Jewlery - ear rings, necklace, etc. both rings (his & both your band and engagement ring)

Bridesmaid's dresses

Set of your invatations (if you had any)

WEDDING VENDOR INFORMATION: This information is so I can give credit when uploading your wedding preview. Please complete whatever information applies to your wedding. Little details are the best. ex: your necklace was your GREAT grandmothers that she wore on her wedding day. When I KNOW these details, I can make sure that I capture everything that has sentimental value to you.

During bridal and wedding party portraits I do ask that NO family or friends come along to watch or take photos while we are doing posed photos, this is only becuase it distracts everyone and no one knows where to look for photos. I want your full attention and this will also help speed along the portait session process without interuptions. Family and friends can take photos during the reception or at anytime during the day that I am not posing you and the wedding party.

I would HIGHLY suggested having an unplugged ceremony so that your guest can enjoy the ceremony and not miss out on anything. This also assures that I can get the best shots possible without any interruptions or guest standing in the aisles with phones/cameras/ipads in your photos. You can assure your guest that you are allowed to share your wedding gallery with everyone. You can do this by having a sign at the cermony and having your officiant announce it at the beginning of the ceremony.

**If you do not ompt in for an unplugged ceremony I can not garrentee that guest standing in the aisles with phones/cameras/ipads will not be in your videos, I will do my best to avoid them but it's not an gurantee. Please refer back to the contract.
