NO thank you, I will not be making use of your contractor and I will oversee my own repairs to the above property. The quotation fee of R350.00 maybe deducted from my next rental income.Kindly provide me with the details of the Tenant for the necessary arrangements. I do understand that I am under an obligation to the Tenant that the repairs must be done within 24 hours. I will keep in touch with Chas Everitt and will confirm that the work has been done. Should I as the Landowner fail to do the above repairs within 24 hours I give permission to Chas Everitt Property Rentals to revert to option 1 by default.
