I undertake that I will pay the invoices within 48 hours after confirmation has been received that the work has been completed and I have received the invoices from Chas Everitt Property Rentals.NO thank you, I will not be making use of your contractor and I will oversee my own repairs to the above property. The quotation fee of R350.00 maybe deducted from my next rental income.Kindly provide me with the details of the Tenant for the necessary arrangements.
