This deposit is non-refundable, and it is required to secure your appointment date. This deposit comes out of the total cost of the second appointment.

If you cancel more than two appointments, cancel within 12 hours before your appointment time, or do not show up to your appointment, the deposit may be forfeit and you will have to put down another deposit within 24 hours of the missed appointment to reschedule and/or keep the rest of the appointments.

If you show up more than 30 minutes late to the appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeit.

If a service is fully paid for and you do not show up to your appointment, a $50 rescheduling fee will be required to make a new appointment.
