Power Travel is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality travel service and advice available.  In this era of global uncertainty, we strongly recommend that you use a credit card to pay for all travel plans. We also urge you to purchase travel insurance.  

There are many affordable travel insurance options that can help protect your purchases if a travel supplier (i.e. hotel, airline, resort, cruise, etc.) is unable to provide their services to you or if you should be forced to cancel.  While no travel insurance company can cover all circumstances, Power Travel's clients have the option to obtain coverage from several reputable companies.

Please read any travel insurance policies carefully. If you have any questions, we recommend you contact the travel insurance company directly for clarification since they have the final word on what is covered under the policy they issue.  Remember, many companies offer different levels of insurance with different premiums based upon the coverage you select.

We have included a brochure and application from one of the travel companies we recommend so you can review their coverage and policies. Upon request, we can give you the names and contact information for other companies offering travel coverage. You may also wish to investigate insurance with other travel insurance companies.

Please understand that under no circumstances will Power Travel, or any of its travel advisors, be held financially liable for the failure of a travel supplier to completely provide their services to you or if they refuse to refund all or a portion of your money should you cancel or change your plans

Please be aware that all cancellations will incur a $50 per person administration fee.

It is your responsibility to carefully review the following important information:

• Allpassportsmust be valid for 6 months past return travel date.
• Air fares are not guaranteed untilticketed.
• Check allairline tickets for accuracy. Once issued, the airline or wholesaler may impose a charge if there is a change. You are responsible for these charges. In some cases Power Travel will have24 hours to make any changes without airline imposed fees. However, some wholesalers impose penalties once the ticket is booked.
• Seatson flights are not guaranteed and can be changed by the airline at any time.
• We will be happy to add yourGlobal Entry or TSA numbersto your record, but that does not guarantee TSA pre-check approval. 
• These numbers entered into air reservations willnot appear on your ticketsand are visible to the airline only.
