  • DECLARATION FOR SITE VISITS

  • Ahead of your site visit please read through this document, sign and digitally return it to your venue contact the day before your site visit.

  • HEALTH CHECK QUESTIONS  


    Can you please confirm the following:

    • You are not suffering from any coronavirus symptoms and have not had any symptoms within the previous 7 day

    • You have not (as far as you are aware) been in contact with anyone with coronavirus symptoms within the previous 14 days

    • You are not ‘shielded’ or have any underlying health conditions which might make you particularly vulnerable to coronavirus 

    • You undertake to declare immediately to your venue contact by phone or email any onset of symptoms or contact with anyone who has symptoms of coronavirus - Please note personal data will not be shared

    As long as you answer no to the above questions, your site visit can go ahead.

  • Please note we also follow the same health check guidelines with all members of staff, suppliers and contractors that are coming on to site as their place of work.


    PPE

    Please ensure you bring your own face mask and gloves, as you will be required to wear these if, at points, the 2m social distancing rule is not possible.


    ARRIVAL

    You will be met at the entrance to the venue by your Venue Contact. 

    Please bring ID with you to be shown when you are signing in.

    Hand sanitiser is available as soon as you arrive at the venue.

    Please make sure that bring with you a face covering and gloves

    INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY 

    Everybody coming onsite to our Venues has an individual responsibility to prevent transmission of COVID-19 by following our venue COVID-19 Preventative Measures and doing the following:

    • Maintain a minimum 2m distance at all times wherever possible, where this is not possible we would ask that you wear a face covering and gloves

    • No handshakes, avoid kissing on the cheek and no hugging :-(

    • Wash your hands frequently or sanitise your hands with alcohol-based gel

    • Follow Catch It, Bin It, Kill It where possible or cough or sneeze into your sleeve, not your hands

    • Avoid touching face, eyes, nose or mouth with unclean hands

    • Be diligent with cleaning – both at home and in the workplace

    • Please follow all instructional signage on flows throughout our 

      building 

    • Keep your distance and ask others to be considerate
